Making explosive environments more safe
Some jobs are just plain dangerous. One spark can cause an enormous explosion or bad ventilation can cause asphyxiation. Still, these jobs are necessary if we want our cars to keep driving, having paint to redecorate your house or finding the right perfume.
That is why we want to help the people who work in these dangerous jobs, which are often explosion hazardous areas. We want them to have the tools that make their job easier and at the same time making sure that the tools are as safe as possible to use in these conditions. People should not have to worry whether or not a portble LED work light will set off a spark. Let us worry about that.
Three decades of innovation
For three decades we have been coming up with innovative solutions for the industry, usually based on existing products. Sometimes we were asked to find a specific solution, other times it was just an idea someone here in the workshop in Geldrop had, and we started working on that. But all the solutions have two things in common: all the original characteristics, such as the well thought-out design and the product’s ease of use and installation, are retained as much as possible and we make sure that all our products are safe and comply with the European directives.
That is why were are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 for the development, manufacture and sales of explosion-safe products and for the courses on explosion safety and to EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2011, for the production of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres according European directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX 114).
Nothing is too crazy an idea
We love to find solutions to any problem and to work on machines we have never heard off or know at first glance what they are for. We have different ways to get to that solution. In fact, there are thirteen methods that can be used to upgrade a product for use in explosion hazardous areas. We master them all and we apply them all. It challenges us to keep on top of things and to come up with new ideas and insights. We would love to share that with you.
